Wow you've got a lot of !!!!!! there! Are you freaked out?
The process is fairly easy and nope there is no asking for address proof. Although it's best if you can have something handy, like an ID, like a driving license, or a bank statement which has your name and address on it.

Happy landing,

If address proof is not a requirement, then it should be possible to give a friend's address... right?

Happy landing,
Thanks for the answer.. Since I am living in Montreal, I would like to give the same address and will try to explain the officer that I would like to move out of Quebec soon. It might be better than faking the address.

Hi,

I have heard of legal advise on

1. The Visa officer is the final scrutiny on the PR Visa and has rights to refuse visa.

2. I have heard against providing address in Quebec and landing in Quebec, as CEC is not for Quebec residence.

I would recommend to seek legal advise or avoid the situation.

Cheers & best of luck,
:)
