i was away for 86 days in one trip on vacation to visit my friends and visiting relatives.
trip one: dep date: dec 28,2017-march 26,2018(return date)
1.dec 29,2017 -jan 7,2018 country one visit. reason : visiting friends
2.jan 8,2017-feb 18,2018. visiting relatives. country two
3. feb 18,2018-march 25,2018 same country as in no.1. reason : visiting friends

second trip:
jun 10,2019-july 4,2o19 reason: visiting friends
i mention this in physical presence calculator. but i did not mention it in application form q.10? should i have to mention the address ?
For Question 10a: Where have you lived during your eligibility period? Please list all address inside and outside of Canada. Your address must cover the entire eligibility period. If there are gaps or missing periods your application will be returned to you.

Per the guide you do NOT write the addresses of vacations. Only where you lived and had all of your possessions. the presence calculator captures the rest.
