address notification online issues for Permanent Residence Card

Hi all,

I hope someone can advise us.

We recently landed but were unable to give an address when we went through immigration. We were told we would have to complete a form and it would take 4 - 6 months to receive the card.

We were told to fax the form, but when we looked at the form, it said you could update the address online, which we tried to do on 22nd March 2022, but there was no email receipt and since logging in daily, no new address is there on the online record: new address remains blank. It is past the five business days, with no change.

Can anyone advise on how the address notification process online works? Is there are browser we are meant to be using (we are using chrome)?

Yes, it did. Webform takes a while, so just check. I think it took about 3 weeks after webform to show up in ECAS.
