Address History

I need a proper response (with valid justification). Not just a fluke, or a hunch.
  • I have lived in my Karachi (Pakistan) address from July 2006 to date.
  • From September 2013 to August 2016, I was completing my Bachelor’s degree from Nottingham (UK).
  • During these 3 years, like any other international student, I would visit home (Karachi). Some trips back home were as small as 10 days, with the maximum being almost 3 months long.
How should I put my address history (considering the form says… do not leave any gaps).

Do I just write my Year 1, Year 2, and Year 3 England addresses (during term time), and let the Karachi address be July 2006 to date? This would mean 4 entries in the form only. Or should I be granular and provide an account of EACH address on each date?

(See the table below for more precise info).

since you have the dates, and it should be the same on your passport as well, so better put it this way as you'd need to submit the PCC for both these countries in any case.

Okay. But won't it look odd to have 14 address entries :(? I want to know do all international students who have visited home fill their address history like this???

Also...
in my personal history, I have simply written 2013 to 2016 as 'studying in Nottingham', england.
Now will I have to divide my personal history TOO, so that it matches with my address history... ??
I am so confused .please help!

You should be truthful about background info. You already have the required info - I don't get why aren't you listing them like that. Also, you don't want them to send over a Schedule A to request background info.

@iSaidGoodDay You are right.

I have listed all my address history (even though it is detailed now)...
Does it look ok now? There are no gaps, and... it also matches my travel history now.

https://imgtr.ee/i/whatsapp-image-2023-05-06-201833.ae2ll Please check if it looks ok.

And final question now...
During 2022, while working in Karachi, Pakistan, I had to visit Kenya for a conference. I stayed there for 20 days. Does this also have to come under address history, or are travels (for short period) and stay in hotels safe to be ignored from address history? Thanks!
