Address History

I just received a request to fill form IMM5669. In it, I am asked to provide my address history in the past 10 years. I recall compiling this information during my application at some point but I can not find it by looking back at my submitted documents. My country doesn't have accurate street names and numbers so I want to make sure what I submitted before matches exactly the current ones. Can you tell me where I submitted my address history and how can I access it for reference?

You can look at your submitted application by section from your IRCC account.

It will be locked for edit but you can still view it.

I swear I looked everywhere and I couldn't find it. I am hoping someone would point where exactly.

At the top of the page there should be a link which says "View submitted application or upload documents".
