Please Advice

I am filling up my questionnaire after receiving the ITA.

The address on my passport and every other document is of my home town ie Assam, I am also going to get my PCC and Medical, Bank Statement from Assam.

However, I have mostly lived outside my home, in Mumbai for the last 5 years and Bangalore for a year and Delhi during college.

Now in the 'Address History' section should I mention all the above addresses because I do not have any address proof for my current Mumbai Address or any of the above cities (Staying in a shared accommodation). What should I do, please advice.

Yes, you need to mention all the addresses where you have lived or currently living.

Thank you Tanush, so will I need address proof for all these addresses ? Because I don't have it, been living in multiple addresses within Mumbai as well

And will there be any verification of these addresses for the PCC?
