Address History Question...

I did a 2 month internship in USA in 2014.
I did bachelors from 2012-2016 in India. For address history, I have mentioned a permanent address in India from 2012-16.....
Do I need to mention a separate US address also for 2014.....

So it will be something like.....
2012-16 Bachelors address in India.
2014 US address

I'm inclined to say that you should mention the 2 addresses separately. It's more detailed and consistent with the rest of your application (i.e. if you are mentioning your internship in the US then you must have lived there). This is just my opinion.
