I am completing application after receiving ITA, I have claimed points for 2 years of experience that i worked in UK but between those 2 years i came back to home country for 3 months while my company was sorting issues with my VISA Sponsorship. Now if i omit these 3 months from my address or personal history it is not going to match with information on my passport. My company also gave me experience letter of 2 years and did not mention the 3 months period for which i was away. Should i decline ITA and get a renewed experience letter to reflect exit entry dates on my passport?

I dont think you actually need to change your letter from your company but I would be honest about the 3 months.

I had a similar situation and had several breaks during my work history during which I was travelling. My work letters didnt mention the breaks but I mentioned them in my travel history. Never had any problems.

The last thing you want to happen is for the CIC officer to mistake the ommission as a form of misrepresentation to gain additional points which can not only get your application rejected but can also lead to a 5 year ban.

So I would always recommend to be as open and honest as possible.

Does the 3 month reduction in work experience make any difference to your crs points?

Yes it reduces 50 points, I think i should decline ITA and carry on current job for another 3 months to make up for the missing time and then make a new EE profile
