Address History if Working from Home

Hi,
I moved to Bangalore for my work in August 2018. Before that, I used to live in Delhi (also my address in my passport) from 2014. Since March 2020, I have moved back to Delhi because the office shut down due to Covid. I have a few questions:

1. In my Address History, I want to put my Delhi address as my current address and time is from 2014 to 2018 and Bangalore from 2018 to 2020 and then Delhi again. But as soon as I enter Delhi as my current address from 2014, it doesn't give me an end date. How do I break it?

2. In my work history, I have mentioned my work location as Bangalore. Do I also mention 'working remote from Delhi' in bracket or something or just let it be?

3. I am getting my PCC done from a Delhi PSK. That is okay, right? Do I only need to carry anything other than my passport since my address on the passport is also Delhi?

If you declare it as current address then there will be no end date since you are currently residing. Change the current address date from 2014 to when you moved back to Delhi. Fill it in reverse chronological order.
PCCs can be applied from anywhere in India as long as you have address proof that you are staying there.
As long as your work location has changed to Delhi officially, it will be Bangalore. If you wish, you can explain in LOE that you are currently not working from your designated work location.
