Address history concern. Pls help.

Hi all,

I got AOR on Apr 18th and in IP1 stage.
I have a concern about my address history. I did not leave gap in address history but I forgot to include an address where I stayed for a month.
This address is present in 2 payslips(bi-weekly pay) that I submitted. Please, can you suggest what should I do now ? Raise a CSE ?
