I got my ita in dec and i have a doubt in the address history.

From 2013-2014 this was the scenario.

1- i was staying at address A with no documents under that address but only i gave that during my returns.
2- all documents were under address B where i didnt stay but all banks has that.
3- my license was under address C where i didnt stay and which was far out of city.

So what shud i mention??
Shud i mention all in the same duration as it might be confusing.
I am confused.

Ques 2---
In the travel history its asking my travel trips which is fine. But then it says has any of my family members if applicable taken any trips. So i am in canada and my mum n dad came to visit me here from india for a month each. Shud i mention their travel history as well as the question say if applicable family members. Or it just means my spouse(which i dont have)?

For quest 1 I would say go with where you physically lived and explain the scenario just as you have in your LOE. I am the same. Since leaving home for uni 12 years ago I used my parents address for virtually all legal documents as I frequently moved. This will be expanded in my LOE. As you don't have to prove where you lived, just be honest.

Not sure about quest 2 but I would suggest that's for your spouse however maybe others can say
