Address history and personal history

I have a question related to the address history and personal history.
I moved into my current address in Montreal in October. Before that, I lived in a friend's house since August in Montreal.
But during this period I lived in my friends' place, I went to visit Vancouver for three weeks' vacation (in late September) where I stayed at a hotel.
So in the address history, how I'm gonna put the Vancouver travel history?
Vancouver place or my friend's place in Montreal during that time?

And also, since I was employed during that time in Montreal, so in the address history, should I just skip that part in Vancouver, just wrote down my friend's place in Montreal? I think, since I was employed at that time, if I wrote down the Vancouver place, should I add a LOE stating that I was taking a short vacation, that's why I was not staying at Montreal at that time? Since I should put this work experience in personal history. I just don't want to cause any confusion.
Or for simplicity, it's okay that I just wrote down my friend's place in Montreal?
Please advise.

Your friend's place is fine.

I'm more concerned whether you intend to live outside Quebec.

Does it have a big difference when lives in or outside Quebec?

And also, does it mean any vacation I take ( less than 1 month) I just don't have to put it in the address history?
Like, what's the criteria?

Well if you apply for PR while in Quebec you will eventually get a request for a letter of intent for which you must explain that you will reside outside the province of Quebec. If you fail to convince the officer your application will get rejected.

Your permanent address was still your friend's place not the hotel (obviously) so it is fine to just put your friend's place.

Thanks!

One more question:
Since I previously live in a penhouse, so my room number is PH01. But when I put in the system, it says I must only put in number. How can I solve this problem?

Guys, I received a message that

Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature covering the period of 2007/08 to 2009/07

Do I need to provide only for period 2007/08 to 2009/07?

What does that mean?
