Address history and dates

Hey all,

I'm finding it pretty close to impossible to remember all of the dates of my previous addresses, and some of the addresses.

Does it need to be completely accurate, or would a best-guess suffice?

It's important to get the dates correct .. Especially when it comes to police certificate s as they use that information to determine if the police certificate is valid (covers the whole period you were in the country if that is applicable to you)
