"Address disappeared from Ecas in the month of July 2011, let's connect"

I expected this thread to grow as the address going missing happened to scores of persons...........................

Well I don't intend to break anyones heart or pulling back ones hope but this is the following is a reply I got from my VO when I asked the reason behind address diappearance

"The website is not administered by Singapore office. The website may take some time to refresh or meantime there may be some construction in the site too. For these technical reasons we may not be able to reply your specify enquiry. As long as the address in our system is your correspondence address, it should be fine."

Now you may all infer this statement as per your own but it seems like it has little or NO correlation with application progress!

I also advocate and try to believe that but in many times and many cases, this disappearance has become true. For many many cases......!!!! Whatever, this is a matter of hope and and insight inspiration for many people. Let the mystery continue.....

There are many people like Ammartahir, who got MR a month back but their addresses never disappeared on E-cas.
So you can never be sure if disappearance means anything

maybe and maybe not. if this is a system issue, then everyone should experience the same. reality is some addresses disappear and some did not.

if somebody got positive movement when his address disappeared, some also got movement even though their addresses did not disappear.

Coincidence or correlation, nobody knows for sure. let us just hope and pray for the best.

Ya, you're right. I am not claiming that address disappearance must have a consequence or vice versa. Whether its coincidence, many cases had some evidences also unlike Ammartahir. ha ha ha...

Still its a mystery. So far I know, ecas are maintained by third party and for sometimes they work on it, or works with our files. And thus address may disappear for several reasons.

Whatever the truth, whether the address disappear or not, I pray and hope for the best for all.

Did CIC ask U to submit new PCC or any other docs. after your medical.

mostly when CHC start requesting you about documents and all they sure dcide your case within a year or so unless there is any problem with some document or medical etc causing delay.. so folks dont worrysooner or later you all will get PPRs
but address disapearence is related to your case and cic will defiatly dont tell you about it i think it seems silly for them to say "yes your case gets updates and we hide your address"
however for people who got everything without address disapearence.. may be its just acception or may be they didnt notice or check their online status regularly ...!!

After my address went missing in Dec 2011 & appearing in early Jan, I have had a pleasant surprise - I have received my Medical papers from London today!!

For those of you who are awaiting your MR's, please don't despair, as I do believe that there is something positive behind the address missing and then reappearing!!

May Allah bring positive news to all members that are in this waiting game - Ameen.

My Friend had recieved her Med/PP reequest from ND VO by e-mail today

her time line is as follows

Applied in 2nd May 2011

PER 7th June 2011

Med Issud on 2nd Feb 2012

E- Cas Status is Still RVBO

And her address disappered on 27th Jan 2012 and still it is missing
