With the background, they said I had a gap btn April 2000 to December 2000. With PCC, I personally went and divered it to VO last month, but they are asking again! I guess it is lost and not updated on my file....Mandie

I think it's a system flaw as it happened twice with me and nothing has been changed till now also I have observed in last two months alot of people gets there address disappeared in one day and get back there address in sane day. I feel visa office doesn't open and close so many files in same day.

I don't quite agree with you. Address disappearance could be linked to VO working on one's file. In my particular case when address disappeared and came back, my ecas changed from eligibility review complete to RBVO. And then when it disappeared (paper screening) and came back again, I had some doc requests. Others had had updates after address disappearance. I believe when my address disappears after I submit the required docs, it's gonna be in process (I hope!). Good luck! Mandie
