seems over the period, it has been realized that disappearance of address has nothing to do with status change.
Just a few who got a change can't represent the whole batch..I mean the sample size is too little to portray same pic. for the whole group.
I guess it was just a routine IT process while some moved to the next phase but correlation between "address disappearance and e-cas status change" doesn't really exists.
