address disappeared and reappeared in E-cas

hmmm... is there a way for us to know if Ottawa medical center has starting processing our medicals or not..

Ottawa received my medical results on 28th November 2011 & no update on my e-cas about medicals received.

How you know your medical reached Ottawa? normally we sent our Medicals to Visa office. DMP sent our medical to VO on 1st nov.2012. but still no Medical line has been added to ecase.
