My address dissappeared on the 1st of August not yet returned. Waiting for passports with stamped visa since last 5 months. Does address dissppearance have any significance?

I had this experience a lot . right now I don’t have any address in E-case since last week .and now I know the answer .these days If you send any email or Enquiry within 10 days or some times more,CIC would erase your address approximately for 2 weeks! All of you guys who missed your Address ,have you sent any email recently ? I’m sure your answer is yes !

It means that if you send an email to ask any question ,your address would be disappear usually on next Tuesday by the system. I think its because of system (your file) updating.

I dont know what they exactly do but I know that this year (after they changed their Immigration computer system) ,every time I sent email,my address disappeared after that . usually on next tuesday ! If you recieved your CAIPS notes you would see all your emails dates.I think in new system every time they want to put something in our file,the address disappear.
is your experience like mine? I mean your add disappeared after sending emails ?
