Hi,

My wife (sponsor) and I (applicant) are about to send all of our forms (new forms) with my E-Medical already completed/included, and PCC as well. I just want to confirm that this is the correct order to submit it all in, and I want to confirm the address we send this to. I'm heading up there Wednesday night after work and we plan to send it from/within British Columbia, Canada via UPS overnight this Thursday morning.

To be clear, I do NOT live in Canada with my sponsor (she does live in Canada), and we are technically applying "Outland". Per the Document Checklist it states to use this address for outside of Canada:

CPC- Mississauga
P.O. Box 3000, Station A
Mississauga, ON L5A 4N6

Questions:

1) Is that the correct address? Reason I ask is because I thought I read somewhere (but can't seem to find it now) that if we use FedEx or UPS we must include courier instructions or something?
2) The "sponsor" must send these, correct? So we have to make sure to list her address on the shipping label for the return shipping address?
3) Does the order below look good? Is it okay if I put Part A/B together in one envelope, and "Proof of Relationship" in a second envelope with labels on each, or should I put it all in order in one large envelope? Should I have a cover sheet which separates the "Parts?"
4) Can I put my PR photos in a small envelope and write what is inside (so they don't bounce around in the package)?

Thank you!

Here is what I posted but got no replies as to if this is correct or not. I appreciate any advice!

1) If you are sending the application by a courier service, use this address (no public drop-offs):

Case Processing Centre – Mississauga
2 Robert Speck Parkway, Suite 300
Mississauga, ON
L4Z 1H8

2) Yes the return address should be yours in case they return your file for x y z reasons.
3) For how to organize your application, the best example you will find is in the link below:

Thank you. I read that thread. It looks great. I think I may follow the same rules and do three envelopes within my big packet, with each one labeled "Part A, Part B, Proof Documents" - that should work, right?

PS - Do you suggest Canada Post with tracking/overnight delivery or using a Courier such as FedEx or UPS?

Better to use FedEx or UPS. It is known that Canada Post sometimes does not get signature as proof of delivery.
