Address change procedure after submitting PR

Hi,
i got ITA in Jan and about submit all docs in 10 days and will pay the fee. i am currently in USA, If I change the address within USA or outside USA what would be the process/challenges for this change.

What precautions I can take before submitting the application for this potential address change.

Got a link from CIC to change the address post submitting the application.

Use IRCC webform to make any update to your file (in process). I changed my address too with this.. Took one week to get a revert that same has been done.

For address, I have another question, before submitting docs In "Address History" section for last 10 years addresses, I lived in temporary hotel or friends home for 15 to 20 days two times in Canada before shifting into home, Should I put this temporary hotel accommodation as well? or Should I leave it blank ? or is it fine to include these 15 days in home home tenure only?

my doubt is for BG will they check exactly house lease agreement dates from rental offices?
