Address Change Problem

Hello!

I have applied for Express Entry. My full application was submitted early March.

I need to change my address, but am having difficulty doing that within the system.

I am getting an error message when I try to do that through the CIC website online "update your address" portal.

I have tried sending a message to CIC through their website, to no avail.

I tried calling the CIC number, and followed the prompts, re: address change. None of the pre-recorded responses answered my question. When I selected "speak to a representative," it told me it was an invalid choice and hung up on me. Tried several times.

I'm a US citizen. I'm currently in Canada. I've been traveling here to take recreational circus classes. Thus, technically, my application is within Canada, as I submitted it while I was here.

However, I am traveling the next several months for work contracts.

In April, I'll be in Texas. May- Vermont. June & July - Indiana. August - Vermont.

Thus, I definitely need to figure out how to update my address, as it will be changing frequently.

Thoughts?
