Address Change - post ITA

Hello,

My aor is Sep 7th and mep is on oct 1st, currently in IP1. My country of residency is USA and I moved to India Oct 1st. At first I thought of updating the address through the cse web form. I recently found that people who applied from US are getting the ppr fastly. So I am thinking not to change the address untill I get IP2 / PPR. I want to know whether it will become an issue when I inform CIC later and is it safe to do.

I believe your address' change will only affect the Visa Office which will be responsible for issuing the CoPR.
So, you should probably inform CIC now in order no to be accused of misrepresentation.
