leaving the country after PR application

No, it is not supposed to affect in any way your application. However, you should inform CIC accordingly so that when it comes the time for your visa stamping, you won't have to send your passport(s) to the visa office associated with the country you were living before.

Points for spouse education not claimed still document requested

Have you added your spouse's education in the Education section? If so, I guess they would ask you for the relevant documents. If you only added it in her Personal History section, they won't ask anything.

    PPR received. Spoue pregnant

Congratulations! 1) You don't need to do anything. Your wife will just give birth to a Canadian citizen :) 2) - 3) Just to clarify some stuff: After the PPR, you should send your passports (which they will be stamped if you are coming from a country which requires a visa) and they will send you...

Reference letter and then i quit

I guess if you include this in your LOE, there won't be any problem. Make sure though that your last day in work is not affecting your points your claim for your work experience.

    question of working experience

I would suggest you to just put the working experience which grants you the respective points and add the rest to your Personal History. Like that, you are honest (you mention everything) and you only need to collect the minimum of employers' documents.

    Personal history

No, you do not need to get into such a detail.

    Next Year CRS cut off?

I don't see why you are calling it a risk. Furthermore, I don't see the reason for waiting until next July. You can create you account (and enter the pool) right now and in July you can update it with your accomplishment you are expecting by that time. In the mean time, since nobody can predict...

Landing Ottawa via Toronto - where should do immigration procedures?

If you are travelling with AirCanada and you miss your connecting flight due to immigration, they will transfer you to the next available flight. However, I agree with zohebshaikh; you should be pro-active and rebook your connecting flight to a later one. 3-4 hours is the minimum amount of time...

Wes sent eca report to ircc

I don't think this is a problem. However, you should include the report in your application file as well. If wouldn't bet people from IRCC would even try to associate a random report with one of the several thousands applications they receive.

    PR application queries

As far as the medical proof is concerned, your child definitely needs to pass a medical examination too. However, the associated doctor will let you know whether it needs to pass all the exams (for instance, x-ray is not mandatory until a certain age).

Letter of employment from previous employers

Well, if it is that hard to get them to issue new ones, the only thing you can do is to explain the whole situation in your LOE and then it's up to the reviewer whether they will be OK or not.

    Proof of funds Spouse account

Considering you are applying as well (as dependent) then it is fine. Funds can be either in the name of your wife or yours or both of you (in case of a joint account).

    Misrepresntatn

I don't see the point of creating duplicate threads for the same question/issue. https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/misrepresentation.587287/

    Address Change - post ITA

I believe your address' change will only affect the Visa Office which will be responsible for issuing the CoPR. So, you should probably inform CIC now in order no to be accused of misrepresentation.

    Job offer / Express Entry

In both cases you just need to update your profile asap so that it reflects your current situation. I don't see why you need to leave the pool. If however, you receive an ITA before updating your profile, then you should decline it, since you will no longer be able to provide evidence for all...

What medical tests required and from where

Usually there is a blood test, a chest x-ray and a general examination. But bear in mind that there are certified doctors in every country who can perform these exams (and sign the respective forms): http://www.cic.gc.ca/pp-md/pp-list.aspx

When can i go for a vacation after applying EE?

I don't think there is such a requirement mentioned anywhere. Once you have received an ITA, all the documents you provide must cover the period before and until that date. So, if for example you claim points for a 3-year working experience, these 3 years must have been completed before (or at...

How long can you delay (within limits) from EE to Landing

Once you get a CoPR (if you haven't got one already), you will see it has an "expiration date" on it. It's the deadline for you to perform the landing. Normally, it's one year after the date you had your medical exams.

Spouse Education documents asked in PR documents

From the moment you have listed your spouse's education in the education section, you do claim the points. In order not to do so, you should have listed the time she spent for her education only in the Personal History section. Normally, they are asking for an ECA evaluation; it's the only way...

    Sibling points

Technically, you should not add her to your application before she officially gets her PR. Otherwise, you may be accused of misrepresentation and possibly get barred for 5 years. So, wait for her to land and then add her. Then, once you get an ITA, you can then see what kind of documents you can...
