Address Change - IRCC

Hi!

Does anyone know if you have to let IRCC know if you have a new address change AFTER you have received your PR card, and you have NO pending applications with them?

If you have landed as a PR and have received your PR card and have NO pending applications with IRCC........you are free to change residence and don't have to inform IRCC of address change.
