Address and personal history in Background & declaration form

Hi all,

in Background & declaration form for CIC, do we need to mention short travels again in personal history??

Also, for address in the last section, do I need to write the address during my trips? I have been to a few places with a tour a long time ago and can no longer tell where i stayed thank you!

Bump. I have read some previous posts but still confused. Not sure if they just want main addresses...
