Yeah that’s the thing, hopefully it will be processed in 2-3 months. But Background Check status is NOT APPLICABLE.

Hello,

I have received this email from CIC-Ottawa. "Your file is currently under review and requires additional verification. As a result, the assessment period will be outside of our posted processing times"

I am extremely worried and I don't know what does it mean? I have applied under Canadian Experience Class and I received AOR on July 7th 2018. I contacted CIC on on 12 Oct regarding an application status and they sent me this message which I mentioned above.

anyone has an idea what does it mean and what is going on in my application... please help...

Well my application was approved on 22nd of Dec 2018, I am on BOWP,., waiting for PPR request.

I am still waiting for PPR request. It has been a month I don't know why is it taking so long even though file was approved and transferred to Nova Scotia CIO and it is currently on queue for PPR request this is what an agent said to me on.

So your PR Application was approved? I also got the same "additional verification's" required from the Ottawa office. My AOR was June 20th 2018. Did they say what these additional verification's were?

Same here, got the message: "Your file is currently under review and requires additional verifications."

No it is only for inland applicant, those who have currently on open work permit.

I’m in applicant from outside Canada, I’ve rdceived this response. What does it mean? Is this standard response on email?
