Additional recepients while filling WES form

What is the need of additional recepients while filling WES form?
I am filing WES form and don’t know need of it. Please help.

As you may be aware - One copy by default goes to IRCC.

Additional receipent is in case you wish to forward copies to any universities/ colleges.

For now - you can leave the additional recipient field empty since I assume you are doing the WES exclusively for Canada PR.

Yes true, I m applying for Canada PR.
Do we need the same for PNP?
