Additional points in Express Entry

Hello Everyone,

I have finished 3-year technologist program.After, Nover19,2016 change 3-year program supposed to guess 30 etc points.After updating my profile, nothing happened. Even though I withdrawal that profile and made a new one but still I didn't get those additional points. All the students I know had the 2-year diploma and already gained their 15 points. Is there anybody how to who know the answer to this problem.
