I have submitted 2 PCC from my home country and the resident country where I am currently living, IRCC has asked in addition for one more PCC from a country I have resided 4 years ago and the medical request (which I have already done). 60 days is the deadline of submission for the PCC, I am doing the necessary to get it, but if at the end I can't, would this penalize me with rejecting the application?

Please give me some info.
Good luck to everyone!

You need to submit it. Even if takes longer than the 60 days, just send them mail letting them know you have requested it but haven't received it yet. The will give you a time extension to provide it.

This is what I have done so far. Just wasn't sure if there is any chance that they can skip it the request since I have provided other 2 PCC's.
Thanks for your reply.

Agreed.

I will say that it's possible to be approved without submitting all required PCCs (this happened to my husband) - however only if you can prove that it's absolutely impossible to obtain one of the PCCs you are required to provide. This doesn't mean it's an inconvenience or difficult to do - that's not enough. It has to be flat out impossible to obtain. There are very few circumstances where a PCC is actually impossible to obtain.

I once was trying to help answer a similar question for a woman. She insisted she was submitting without it because she had no way to get into the city to get it. I told her cic would return the application. She argued they would would understand that she didn't have a vehicle. I wonder how that went .... Lol

Just today i got it and submitted thanks god.
But, on my account i don't have where to upload the doc, so i sent it attached through "Case Specific Enquiry".
Hopefully doesn't take to long until the final decision.

After submission of additional PCC (attached through Case Specific Enquiry's way) and Medical Exam passed, can you please tell me about how long is gonna take until PPR?

After you send ppc the begin the bgc. For some it treks a month or so, for others it can take months. It depends on your many places you lived, your travel history your ethnicity. Ect. My husband start Oct 25. Not finished yet
