Then how do you know it's surveillance?
Usually you get an email saying that.

Anyways send the rest of things and explain that you got the condition on your permit and ask how to go ahead.

when i landed here in canada yesterday, my work permit indicated

Please i need advice, i did my chest X-ray and eas told not clear and requested for sputum for 3 days and culture for 10 weeks. The result was negative and was requested to do post sputum chest X-ray. I did it on 20th November. 2 days later, i received a mail from IRCC requesting for additional information and that i should contact any IRCC physician will help. I contacted ircc physician who told me that i will repeat the chest X-ray after on 20th February 2025. Why another X-ray snd 3rd one? Someone should help.

It's a norm with medical surveillance. The sputum will take 10 weeks and xray will be done after that (3 months after getting medical surveillance)
