Additional medical tests required

Here I am sharing my time for Jan 2023 intake.
1. LOA from college on 4th August 2022.
2. 1st Medical Appointment 13th August.
3. Received letter from the embassy on 25th August (due to some patchy area observed in middle left side of chest). I didn't lodge my visa file till that date.
4. Went for sputum culture test on 4th September to 6th September.
5. Searched about the scenario and after figuring out everything I lodged my visa file on 16th September 2023.
5. Waited for reports and wished to be negative. You will get results of sputum smear and X-PERT on the same day of the test but you have to wait for 56 days to get culture results. (P.S. Never had TB or any serious illness related to chest.)
6. Reports sent to the hospital on 29th October 2023.
8. Second Medical X-Ray on 14th November 2023. (Call the hospital prior to it for the date confirmation, remember your 2nd x_ray can be done only after exactly 3 months of your first medical which was 13th aug in my case,)
(they also appointed me to the chest specialist/ who asked about some general questions regarding any kind of TB history.)
9. Reports sent/Submitted to embassy on 21nd November.
10. Medical updated from under review to passed on 22nd November 2023.
11. Received PPR letter on 6th December 2023.
In my second x-ray the specialist doctor displayed both of my x-ray which were identical which means in both of x-rays there's some patchy area in middle left side. If you never had TB then everything will be alright just have some patience.

My wife had her 2nd X-RAY on 10 Dec with similar case. Her X-Ray had no change with no history of TB. Reports were submitted by 15th Dec.
Till date there is no update on the medical, forget passport submission letter.
I am being represented by an immigration team as I am applying for Work Visa and not PR.
I can't really see her status but the Immigration team said there is no update on medical. It is really getting on my nerves now. Not sure why so much time.

That means you are showing signs inactive TB.When is your next xray and sputum?
Have done sputum text already and the result came out negative... can this second x-ray requested from IRCC cause refusal of my application?
No
If the second x-ray is same as old one then it means it's not a Tuberculosis but some other patch or old tuberculosis which got cured on its own maybe in childhood,. The patch becomes permanent in some cases, yes it happens. So they will clear your medicals.
If the patch is not there in current xray, that means you had recent tuberculosis, which again calls for clearing medicals but they can ask for sprutum test after 6 weeks and xray all over again, sounds scary right?
So don't worry, 99.99% your patch will still be there and you will clear your medicals.

The patch in the second xray can put you on medical surveillance. Not refusal
Its the other way around buddy I have that experience with many clients, i used to be a consultant but now I don't
My Visa application was refused without medicals being updated to passed after submitting culture reports and Xray after 3 months where all the reports were normal.what might be the issue here.can somebody share any experience regarding this issue.
