A healthy applicant usually gets his medical examination passed with no further additional medical exam.
A request for additional medical exam indicates that immigration medical officer is not satisfied with existing results and he wants some detailed results (may be for a specific condition) before he can make his final decision

Why do they need additional medical exams? Usually it means there was an issue with your results.
You will have to meet your panel physician as soon as possible. They will give you a sheet which describes what additional tests they want. Could be related to suspicion of TB,I am in a similar situation and I have read many threads on this forum regarding the same !
