Hi guys,
I am applying for canada study permit for my master's study from US. But I am studying/working in the US under F1 OPT. I finish my bachelor's degree in 2019. My OPT extension is not gonna expire until July 2022. But when I applied for the canada study permit, I was not informed to submit proof of my status in the US (such as copies of my OPT card and I20. Also my US visa is on my old passport that is already expired but I have entry stamp on my new passport into the US), so I am quite confused.
In this situation, would they inform me to upload additonal documents later? Because I already submitted my application. I definitely told the correct passport code and country I am applying from on their study permit eligibility questionnaires but the required additional documents didnt include the proof of my legal status in the US.
Have anyone encountered this situation before?
