Additional family information

Hi,

On this form i have filled in my information as the applicant, spouse etc. I am the principal applicant.

Now for the spouse's copy of the forms Do i type my spouse's name as the applicant and mine as the spouse and his mother father details? or is it me as the applicant, him as the spouse and his mother father details.

Yes, in you form, You are principal applicant and in Spouse form, she will applicant.

If, I'm not applying for my wife, then should I need to attach Schedule 1 IMM 0008 (background/decl) and IMM5406 (addl. family information for my wife)?

Please clarify.
