Additional Family Information.

Im just a bit confused if someone can please clear it up for me. Form 5406 additional family information. at the start it says: Complete ALL names in english and in your native language.....
So my native language is vietnamese. Do I have to write all names in english, then followed by or below it, the vietnamese way of writing it with the characters and stuff?

I completed only in English without any Vietnamese characters since Vietnamese letters are the same as English and I have no problem with my application with CPC-M.
