Additional Family Information IMM5406

I am a Canadian Citizen sponsoring my wife (married recently in Brazil) for PR to Canada. When filling out the additional family info form IMM 5406 my wife was listed as the applicant, I was listed as the spouse then mother father etc

As her spouse(sponsor) do I need to fill out a separate form as well?

The sponsor does not fill out applicant forms. You only fill out those forms stated on the checklist for the sponsor.
