In section A :

I am sponsoring my wife, I understand That she has to fill this application as the applicant , am I right?

If so, should she put my name on the space for spouse?

should she sign this section as well as B and C.

regards,

Yes, she puts your name as spouse. Read the signature instructions carefully for each section of this form - it's tricky (i.e. sign here if you do have parents but don't sign here if you have children type thing). Without knowing what her exact situation is, it's not possible to say Yes or No to her having to sign specific sections, but if you just read the notes in the form, it's pretty self-explanatory.

Forgive me for my ignorance please.
I mainly concern about section A now. what I understood from you is that she will put my name as her spouse but does not sign , am I correct?

thank you

Correct - the instructions say, "If no spouse or common-law partner is listed in Section A, read and sign below'. You are her spouse, she will list your name in Section A and NOT sign.
