I am going to sponsor my father. Regarding Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) form, I know that my father and my mother and their dependent children are required to fill out this form separately. The question is while someone rather than the main applicant (in this case my father) filling out this form, whose name is must be written in the Applicant section (in section A)?
