Additional Family Information Form

Hi,
I had recently applied under FSW Program i have filled additional family information form for myself & my Spouse Both but in English only, I had forgot to write names in my native language , will they accept my application or not, is information in native language mandatory.
Kindly somebody help/ Suggest if i need to submit new application and about processing fee

also how much time do they usually take to start processing a file or revert back if the file is selected or incomplete.

This is not a problem, you don't need to submit a new application.

would it be a better idea to send a new copy of that form along with the details in native language required and a copy of my passport . But i donot have any reference number would they accept it without the reference number .
