Additional Family Information form IMM5406

Hi,

I submitted my application last week. Today, I got a message saying they require this form.

What's this form about? I don't have children or brothers or sisters. So, I just need to fill mine, my mother's and father's name, marital status, country of birth and dob and sign and send it to them?

Yes. you have to fill those details for you and your spouse(if applicable).

You have to follow their protocol.Be sure whether you have to post it or upload to them. Sometimes you will have additional documents option opened in your submitted application.
