Additional Family Information Form - IMM5406 asked?

Hi,

This is my timeline

1. June30 - AOR
2. July 20 - Medicals Passed
3. August 12 - Submitted Additional Family information form.

Can someone please explain after submission of the family information form what is the timeline to get a PPR. Also, what stage I am in and finally what was the need by CIC to ask this form.

Hi Sammrat,
I received IMM5406 - additional family information form today. I have a quick question for you (since you have already submitted) - If I am the primary applicant and the only other person traveling with me will be my wife (co-applicant), then do I only mention her in the form and she mentions me or do I need to mention my father mother, brother sister etc, as none of them are going to accompany me and none of them are co applicants and I am not sponsoring anyone? Also at what stage is your process right now.

All family members including spouse, parents, siblings, and children need to be mentioned.

Thanks eng.ahamdi for a quick response. I have to forms to fill, one for me and one for my wife (individually signed), and i have included my name as applicant in my form and her in the spouse section, and she has included herself as applicant in her form and my name in spouse section. Just wanted to make sure this is correct.

I got asked to fill this out & send back to them today, have uploaded..im the only applicant applying- just out of curiosity, any reason they ask for this info?? And does it slow down my app?? thanks

Hi Everyone!

It's been 3 month I applied for PR CEC for myself and family . I passed my medicals in the second week of August. Yesterday CIC wanted Additional family information form from me within 7 days. My question is Why did they want this form ? As far as I know I have uploaded all the required documents under document checklist when I applied online. Moreover what should I infer from this? Am I in the final stage of PR decision or not?
