Is it a problem if for my outland spousal application, you don't write the names in native script, its only in English? Will the send the entire package back?

Any time you do not follow the instructions, there is a risk they could send it back.

Will they? No one knows. It may depend on whether the person checking thinks it is important. It may not be depending on the file (country, security concerns, etc).
