In the guidelines they say that the main applicant and spouse should fill this form. Meaning the main applicant will fill it with his parents and siblings names AND the accompanying spouse should fill the same form.
BUT, in Section A, the "Applicant" and "Spouse" columns are fixed, so if I write my name and the spouse and my parents, how would they know which form is the main applicant's and the other is for the accompanying spouse?
