Additional Family Form

Hi,

Me and wife are applying for PR, we have no children.
1. Am I correct to assume that I fill one in with my parent and siblings details and sign it and my wife fills another one for herself and she puts her parent and sibling details and signs it?
2.On Generic Form when it says number of family members do I just put 2(me and spouse) or do I also include MY additional family as well?
3.After completing the form they ask for 6 photo's each, again do I need photo's of everyone mentioned in the additional family form?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You should put just 2.

Photos of just you and your spouse.
