Additional Family Form Question

Hi Guys,

When filling out the additonal family form. In the first section my boyfriend (common law) needs to list himself, his parents thats obvious. Does he list me as his common law partner since I am?

I'm a huge pile of confusion. Think I need to take a break lol

Yes, he lists you. If he didn't, he would have to sign below certifying he doesn't have a common-law partner; since he does, he has to list you.
