what are the kinds of additional documents does IO ask from the applicant?
we want to be ready in case they will ask for more documents.they dont
give us enough time if they ask for something.

we have enclosed all required documents that was on the checklist..I've seen some people here that sending additional documents IO ask for.so just wondering what are those documents?

Some people worry they havn't sent in enough proof of the genuiness of their relationship, so they send in more evidence. I would suggest you wait. The visa officer may ask for more evidence; if not, the applicant can bring further evidence to the interview. Usually the evidence they ask for at the interview is further proof of contact - anything since the application was sent in, such as more phone bills, evidence of travel to visit the spouse, emails, more photos.

Im a PR..I really want to visit her and at the same time we can use that evidence and to take more pictures while visiting her.because all the pictures we've sent where taken here in canada. but the question is I am not sure enough if I am allowed to go out of canada because im only a PR holder.

You can go and visit. But most of the time the Visa Officer may ask you to be present in Canada ( or prove your presence in Canada by providing the tax return documents, electric or phone bills, credit card statements any thing like that ). I could understand from various dicussions that the sponsor used to visit the spouce while the PR application is in process.

As Canadianwomen mentioned, the additional documents required are up to the necessity determined while processing the application. However, you have to emphasis the need of proof of relation is it is not sufficiently established by the submitted evidences.

im planning to go after i recieve my approval from missassauga.thats what they told me too when i called CIC,they said i can go out of canada after they approve me to sponsor.

Is 1 month okay? I am only allowed 1 month vacation at work.how would an officer know that I am not presently in canada?my spouse will apply for TRV,if she's granted she will come with me at the same time in canada.

You can visit for a month or even more if posible. Visa Officer is not going to trace every applicant's travels and movements all the time. She can also try for a TRV to visit you. But she should be back to submit the passport for visa stamping and also should be able to communicate with visa office in case the need any information.
