Additional Documents UNKNOWN!

I was checking on my application new portal and it shows that there is additional documents requested BUT I have not see any letter on the portal OR received any email about the what are the additional documents!!

ANY IDEA HOW TO KNOW WHAT THEY NEED ??? I have been sending emails but no reply yet !!!
