additional documents requested by IRCC under high medical needs programe

Hi, I received an email today to ask for additional electronic fingerprint.
I wonder if I just need to ask the fingerprint place to mail my result directly to IRCC or I need to get the result myself and mail it to IRCC myself?
BTW does anyone know how long it will take to get the result?
