I have raised about 6 webforms now since the ADR. I got a reply from SGVO that my application is currently being processed and additional verifications are being conducted
How have you got an answer? It looks like a miracle that they respond, my webforms have not respondent yet.
What did you write them?

SGVO are actually responsive on every webform I sent them. And there is always a new update everytime i send documents through webform, e.g., like payments, they responded with BIL and sent them my medical result, they responded with medical completed. It’s just that the process is taking a bit longer i think due to that ADR which made my file incomplete when an IO first reviewed it.

Hello, all I got the same response that my application is currently being processed, and additional verifications are being conducted. Please share your timeline.

I’m in my 19.5 weeks and still waiting gonna be on 5th month of my application in process on 10 August. I’m aftaid it’ll be rejected as it has been very long but I am hoping for positive response that it just took longer and had a delay because of the ADR. But ADR still appearing under review for 4months now in GCKey but AST have confirmed receipt of ADR. So not sire what is going on really.

Thanks for the reply,
My application has been submitted 17 months and, unfortunately, the decision has yet been made.

you have to follow up if not withdraw application and apply again. you can also apply another work permit if you want while waiting for your initial application.

yes but employer needs to pay for another compliance fee and the previous one to be refunded. As you need a new offer of employment number for a new application
Thanks for the reply,

This application is under the LMIA stream if I withdraw the application employer need to apply for again new LMIA it is gonna be a long time again waiting for the application.

Yes I think so for LMIA it takes months. Mine is LMIAexempt so employer just needs to pay to be givem Offer of Employment Number. Then in your case you have to closely follow up with visa office given that it has been more than a year

Good idea, I will be trying

I already contact them again asking about the application status and brief them on my application's current situation.

Still the same I am hoping to get it this August. I have already contacted my employer and MP and they are currently following up with IRCC. I am hopeful and positive. You have to do something about you application to, you need to get help. It is really hard to wait.
