hello all I got my AOR on 26 April 2017 and passed my medical exam on 18 may 2017
Now status showing
Additional documents provided have been uploaded and
We send you a messages when we start your background check
I am wondering I didn't applied any additional documents and still background change not started yet
So can anyone clarify do I need to worry about it

I got a request on the 4th of Oct and it still shows 'we need more docs to keep processing' unfortunately there is no specific time. Patience is all we can have
